To keep the bulbs in place on the wig head, holes were hollowed out just underneath where the eyes were located. the bulbs were inserted inside and a dab of hot glue keeps them in place. Granted, if these bulbs ever have to be removed, you'll have to really dig them out but it's difficult to keep the bulbs pointing straight if they aren't glued in place.

A piece of PVC was cut in half length ways and glued to the side of the face to keep the bulb reflectors secure.
