Jedi Knight Jumpsuit

The Green Pepper Company sells a pattern called "Men's Black Butte Jumpsuit"  #F786.  The pattern can be found at fabric stores or you can call Green Pepper at: (541) 689-3292. Follow the pattern exactly. We recommend using black gabardine fabric because wool is hot and sometimes hard to come by in certain parts of the country.  The only exceptions to the pattern are the front overflap for the chest, and the jumpsuit runs a little large.  As you cut the pieces, check the fit.  For the chest flap, just measure the amount of material from below the neck to the waist, cut it, sew it to the seam on the left side and sew Velcro or small snaps to the other side so that it will lay down.
