To create the underdress find Butterick 6593 and use part B for the bodace collar, minus the ruffles and sleeves. Part C isi used for the skirt. The material should be polyester and flowing, preferably non-transparent.

If desired, cover the entire skirt again in the shear polyester material. If not, skip to below step.
