Here, you can plainly see the darkening around the outer emitter ring which matches the "burn" marks around the sides of the emitter in the picture above. These burns help justify the theory that the emitter is some sort of a gas/propane burner.

Also notice the inner ring is solid black, as is the center.

This photo suggests the color of the upper portion of the grenade is actually a sort of brassy color instead of black.

The buttons on the side of the Graflex clamp aren't shown clearly. Both buttons are transistors with some of the writing on the top worn off. We will research this information and post dealers in the dealer section in the near future.

Here, you can see the different coloring of the windvane of the grenade section. This is probably the true color of the brass that was never painted.
