Biker Scout Back Armor The lines on the back piece are easily duplicated with 1/8" car pin striping found at an auto parts store or with striping found at a hobby shop. Hobby shops normally carry the stripe material in the R/C car sections. The bars on the right side of the tank come and go depending on which Scout you're looking at, which suggests the possibility of these bars indicating rank (Compare the first two pictures). These bars are always on the right side but LFL occassionally flipped the film in ROTJ, making the bars appear to be on the left. So far, we've noticed Scouts having three, four, five or no bars on their backs. Cutting the bars is easy. Simply lay out your striping onto a large piece of masking tape with the sticky sides up on both the tape and stripes. Using a ruler as a guide, cut the stripes with a hobby knife. The exact measurements are unknown but a length of 1 1/4" should suffice. Now you can apply the stripes to the back. After you've smoothed out the stripes, peel away the masking tape. |

Biker Scout Back Armor Richie's Armor makes a fantastic resin riser. This is the piece that goes on top of the bullet. Compare Richie's riser (below) to the real riser pictured to the right. Either a red sticker or a red square button (try Radio Shack) should be added to the right side.
