Biker Scout Armor Slits

When you’re attaching the strapping to the armor, you can either cut the holes (some armor comes precut) for the straps or simply place the straps directly behind the armor with velcro.

The best way to cut the slits is to drill one hole at each end of the slit. Then, use a rotary tool to connect the holes. An emery board works wonders for cleaning the excess plastic and making a nice, evenly spaced hole.
