Biker Scout Vest

The image to the right is from the Decipher Customizable Card Game (CCG). Notice where the red arrow is pointing and you can see the sleeves from the padded vest. The vest seems to be almost exactly like Boba Fett's except it's black and closes in the front.

The Magic of Myth image below clearly show padded sleeves underneath the shoulder bells. The contrast on the images has been adjusted to show the detail.
