TIE Pilot Belt Begin with a 2" black belt. Tandy Leather sells a great buckle. The item number is 168800, description Large Rectangular Buckle Blank. You can also make your own Officer Disk by gluing half of a of a large snap grommet (found in the bins at Lowe's) and a round button glued in the middle of the buckle. You'll have to paint each piece silver before glueing and you'll also need to sand the back of the button to remove the piece that holds the thread. |

TIE Pilot Communicator This is probably the most omitted detail in the TIE Pilot costume. There have never been any good references for the communicator, until now. |

| This piece was obviously molded but we can't tell if it is molded from an existing item, or it was custom. The communicator seems to be either ABS or styrene. The color details can either be done with paint, or by cutting painted pieces of plastic and gluing them on top of the base. |
